"For me the best aspect of what we do is meeting, and building relationships with our customers. A very large proportion of the work we do, amounting to over 60%, is repeat business and additional work from returning customers.
Now into our 12th year of trading, we have been fortunate to have built up a substantial network of existing customers, who not only return whenever they have a need for window shading requirements, but they also recommend us to their families, friends and neighbours. It’s this wonderful establishment of relationships and customer loyalty that has enabled our business to continue to exist, grow, and continue to be successful."
